The South Industrial Park of the city of Pécs has been opened
The industrial park, the largest industrial facility in the Transdanubian region, a private investment on 260 hectares has been opened.
The city of Pécs dis not own an industrial site suitable for the settlement of a large company any more. The first established industrial park, which is owned by the municipality, has proved to be too small for the city by now.
By establishing the South Industrial Park, the project company IPP-Airport Invest Ltd intended to meet this existing market need. The investors believe that the excellent opportunities and the office buildings on the site will attract call-centres and controlling enterprises.
